Recruitment drive.

The club aims to use the Autumn test break from league business to try to attract 5 new players and 2 new committee members. If you know anyone who we can contact pass their details on and we’ll send the boys round!

Pitch Crisis – update. The school have appointed a new groundsman and the way issues about manpower look like being resolved. The Club have also established themselves as a ‘trusted keyholder’ which might come in handy in the future if there are ‘staffing’ difficulties.The Club is grateful to Danny Alexander and Gregor Rimmell for lobbying on behalf of the Club over the last two months. Pete Moore as vice Convenor co-ordinated most of the actual negotiations. Thanks Pete.

EGM TO BE HELD ON THE 30^TH oCTOBER AT THE Tipsy Laird. Players are asked to make training that nigt and then attend a very short meeting to approve some minor constitutional changes to allow our grant application to go ahead with AWARDS FOR ALL.
